How do I make a booking?

To make a booking please just get in touch with your details and a bit of information about your event and the event date and we will get back to you and send you a quote. If you want to go ahead and book us in usually we will take a small deposit to secure the date which is then deducted off the total fee. Usually we take the full payment after the event but may take payment in advance for large scale events if agreed.

How many photos will be delivered?

On average we deliver a minimum of 50 images per hour and will always give more rather than less! Images will be delivered via your own dedicated online gallery where images can easily be shared and downloaded and we keep all images backed up our side for a minimum of 6 months.

Is the deposit refundable?

Deposits are usually non refundale but this is up to our discretion so do get in touch with us as soon as possible if there is a change to the event date or if the event is cancelled as we always do our best to accommodate changes. When we take deposits we block out the date to ensure we take no other bookings making sure your booking is secure and a priority.

Are there any photo restrictions?

There are some as standard but bespoke agreements can be made. Our standard terms are that images can be used for the purpose they were arranged for: e.g marketing material for the event, social media use and printed media by the client. Image copyrights remain with us so let us know if you wanted to share images with a third party who would use them for advertising purposes or if you wanted to sell any of the images. For example if we photographed your event and the venue that hosted your event saw the images and asked you if they could have some of them to put on their website to advertise their space they would need to seek permission from us as we hold the copyrights,

When do we get the photos?

We can accommodate most deadlines but usually we deliver images within a week but just let us know if a faster turnaround is needed as we understand sometimes you want to get images shared out there quickly.

Can we book more than 1 photographer?

You certainly can, some events are simply too big for one of us along to capture and we work with a great team of experienced photographers ensuring full coverage so we can arrange a full team as large as you like!
